Exhaust Fluttering

Ok i went over 1500 miles. So me and a friend took our evos out for a test run. We ran them hard, well towards the end of my run. I was coming to stop and my rpms were stuck at 6grand. WTF!! took my foot off the gas and threw the car in neutral. Same problem. Finally after about 15 secs it went down. After that my exhaust starts to make a fluttering sound and my greddy bov doesnt seem to push much air out and at first it fluttered but stoped. Now its just quite. Today car seems like it was going to cut off and it cuts back to regular rpms. I have helix turbo back, apexi tt and boost guage. A friend said it could be the 02 sensor wire on the ecu. I am confused its an 05. Any suggestions?

Take off the Greddy BOV and try the stock one ... see what happens then, your car might be stumbling because the ECU can't correct for the aftermarket BOV ....
