thanks for the pic but on the 3rd pic I think you took it too close, not to sure where that piece goes and why it need to be trimmed?

 

if you are looking at the undertray from the front, it is just right of center. There is a panel theat is held on by 3 screws and those crappy fasteners. I had to trim it where it met the front of the splash shield. Yeah I know the pic is crappy, but when its that close it doesn't work very well.
