what i dont understand about my case is why would i hear the whining noise after my new clutch install. if it wasnt there before, why is there after? i admit the night i completely burnt my clutch was after street racing and i drove home with a slipping clutch. but i didnt hear any whining. and i drove with this slipping clutch for about two weeks until i had money to buy my ACT. so why after the install am i getting this whining?

I was thinking the same. Thats why I asked. It only took me 3 launches after my new clutch to blow the TC. Doesnt take much

your incorrect about this. redline will eat aftermarket sincros made of different material. redline is good to factory getrag internals.

Did you have the Diaqueen LSD Gear Oil in the transfer case?

Its true alot of those mechanics are dumb and dont know what they are doing and end up putting the wrong fluids in . I think in hos case they put the wrong fluids everytime they replaced the TC. I have friends that have after market clutches run 11's and 10's and their TC has not blown. One of them started howling but it was b/c they put in the wrong fluid when a cluth was done
