Nitrous

Modlist- turboxs mbc set to 20 psi, Intake, TB exaust, HKS 272/272 cams, arp head studs, greddy upper/lower ic piping, greddy r-spl intercooler, walbro 255,ats carbon carbon clutch. Question is would a 50-75 shot be alright on stock internals? I have used a 35 for a while with no problems.

If your going to run a 75hp system make sure its a wet not a dry. I would reccommend you set up a secondary/independant fuel system for nos only... so you don't draw too much fuel away from the stock one and alcohol injection would help if your going to go through the trouble to install one.

you do not tune a nitrous system with a piggyback. you want to run a wet kit and tune the AF ratio with the nitrous jetting. if you screw around with your AFC settings when the ntrious is on, they are now not correct when the nitrous is off.

After you install the wet nitrous kit and run it for the first time, you should be logging the air/fuel ratio and adjusting the jets in the kit accordingly. Also remember that bottle pressure has a major effect on the kit's jetting and that needs to be held constant with a bottle heater and purge for the best results.
