the bigger power open dp. RED

the lower power faster spool is closed. BLUE

am i missing something?

from the part where both are climbing the red is slightly behind on spool, but makes more power. i realize one run brings a couple rpm sooner than another but im talking about when they both are going.

bottom line if you on the drag strip (open cutout) is better. I picked up 3mph

Yea, I'm saying that if the red and blue both started at the same time, the red would beat the blue in every category. Here, I photoshopped the red line about 200 rpms over to the left, when the blue line starts for you to see better (the bold red line is the shifted line).

The open run was started after the closed run. Car spools much quicker open and gains down low as well.
