Yep. In fact Ford has a patent pending on the idea. Supposedly it provides enough cooling mass for a 90 second run. I have no idea how long it takes to cool down the water after you've soaked it.

Dude, I couldn't have put it better. Maybe he was thinking you could put a 5" cowl induction hood on your EVO and just zip tie the whole set-up to the strut brace like any good "democrat" would rig it up.

3240, i thought you would be running it like that. sort of a supercooler. is the use of a chargercooler because of the lack of space/complex pipe work or just for the hell? just wondering if you could run both!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks Chris.

Man, this might just be the "new thing" Even the Saturn Redlines and Chevy Cobalts have two twincharger kits coming out. PSI-FI is working on one, along with a kit for the Mini Cooper. Gravana Tuning is also working on one in collaboration if GM. All of them should be out on the market by SEMA.

Moving along...
Next week I'll have pictures of the turbo and supercharger mounted. The headers were extremely time consuming.

Twincharger is actually a pretty old idea, it was used on the Lancia Delta S4.

you could have bolted on a 2.4L block to accomplish this same goal without the s/c. i give you an A for effort though.
