great job!

I would love to see some numbers. Also, I'm thinking you have a sequential setup? That's what we talked about. Supercharger spooling up at around 2500 rpm then supplementing a large turbo that spools up at 6000 rpm.

Then you'll have the low end without nitrous aide, but have super induction topend power without loosing low and mid range torque.

I like your hood by the way.

I'm thinking you can't drive this in the rain and is a dedicated race car first before street car.
You're correct, it is a sequential setup. The engine is also a 2.3L stroker so it should make some huge torque. Thanks.

When are people going to learn that calling "Photoshop" on every other thread with a picture in it is no longer the "cool" thing to do? That **** went out of style around the same time "Snoop Talk" did.

Ya know.. this is pretty sick.. I did a hypercharged (supercharger/turbocharger) setup on a honda for a friend a few years back, it made a huge difference since you had the equivalant of increasing the displacement of the engine using the supercharger at low RPM, which made the exhaust volume significantly larger which made spooling his large turbo easier.. (oh and before anyone asks offtopic questions, if your curious about it.. PM me, and no, the honda engine split its bores and didn't last very long)

I can't wait to see how this thing turns out.

Holy Moely guy!
.... Your set up is very intriguing, intimidating and ambitious to say the least....

What on earth have you done to handle the pressure and what kind of RPM are you seeking with this monster?

Some of my geezer buds and I have kicked the idea of using a magnetic clutch and PTO to spool up a larger turbo.

The rev limit will probably be set at about 8200-8500 rpms. The pressure shouldn't be an issue as we've built the block to handle the power (at least in theory). I'm sure that we'll find any weaknesses in the car quickly. The flow charts that we've done show that the 2.3L engine with the supercharger should spool the Hx50 turbo as is it were on a 4.0L 6 cylinder engine. THe trickiest part of this entire setup will be in the tuning. The intercooler system is really cool (no pun intended), I'll post pics and details when it's installed.
