Has anyone used this before? I almost want to get it for the R2D2 name alone!

...seriously...SARD is a really great company, it's just that i dont see or hear about it on US cars that often. So I'm interested in some specs.

Any specs on:

- How much boost it can hold
- Installation pics
- Sound Clips

 

My buddy has one on his 1g. Sounds very nice, i can get some sound clips if you like...

 

I have it on my evo and love it. It sounds even better with an external wastegate

 

could anyone get those sound clips of one of these things on an evo? and would this just bolt directly on to the evo? or would you need extra little trinkets? thanks

After doing more research, I can still hardly find any information on the R2D2's, but they say it sounds like the Blitz, but louder.

I had one on my car for a week. It sounds similar to the blitz, except it sounds choppy while the blitz is one big whoosh. Kinda like.... waaaaaaahhh ppsshh pppssshh ppsssh
Many of my friends agreed it was a very good sounding BOV. I also did not have any stumbling problems blowing to free air like many people with Greddy or HKS BOVs.
