Problem with my gt3076r setup

Well I have an update. I fixed the leaks and was able to get back on the dyno the other day and I was happy to see 415whp/314ft lbs on pump gas and 21-22 psi. I have attached a photo of the dyno sheet.

I just dynod my custom setup today and I was very unhappy after all the hard work I have put it. I got on the dyno, mustang dyno, and it made 316whp on 19psi. I must have a boost leak or something wrong with it. A stock turbo evo on pump and 280 cams made 330whp yesterday. I have all the supporting mods including 272 cams, 880cc injectors, aem ems, fmic, etc...... Anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong or what I need to test or check. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. This is honstly the worst day of my life I feel like I have done a lot of hard work for nothing.

Here are some pics of my setup.

boost leak test it, and turn up the boost to about 22 psi.

I figured it was probably a boost leak. I am gonna get a bunch of heavy duty hose clamps and do a pressure test tomorrow.

Needs more info. What fuel? AFR? Timing? Too many factors left out.

You have AEM EMS so were you data logging? Post the graphs.

The guy who tuned it has them on his laptop. I don't have them on mine. AFR were right where they needed to be and timing was good it's probably a problem with the wastegate valve not sealing or a boost leak somewhere else.

Its still not enough data to comment on when an EMS is in the equation. You really need to post up a log when you get it. Honestly, I don't think those numbers are horrible for a Mustang dyno and at only 19PSI. That turbo isn't really going to come to life until 21-22PSI. Without knowing anything else, I would consider backing down the timing, run a little more boost, and then bring the timing back in slowly if knock voltages stay in check.

Those numbers are crap considering a stock turbo car put down 330 whp yesterday and I put down more on my stock turbo on the same dyno like 4 months ago.

Well, I have to agree with mike 99gsx, you are only boosting 19psi which really isn’t much with such a turbo. What kind of boost did you run when you got more power from your stocker and what boost did that 330whp stocker run?

What's the reason for only running 19psi? You need more boost to really benefit from that turbo, just my two cents.

pull the timing and up the boost to 21 or 22 psi ....add timing as said and watch for knock.....keep a/fs where they are in the 11.4 :1 range and get timing where it should be . Also, get good clamps , check for exhaust leaks and then check all vacuum lines , is that bov in good shape and tightened down enough? What octane gas? I assume at least 93 with the numbers the other guys are pulling . Also, 319 awhp on a mustang still like what 350 -370 awhp on a dynojet....not great but would still bet tuned with more boost you would see 350 -370 awhp which is about 400-415 awhp ish i believe dynojet which isn't off far on pump gas.
