colors are slightly off in the manual but see 17-8 for diagram.

Thanks a lot. I went outside and took a look and you were right. The one next to the yellow stripe is blue and does go to the EGR valve. There are two vaccuum lines that go to the EGR. The yellow goes straight to the EGR where as the blue goes to the EGR via the EGR solenoid. Don't know how it came loose like that. Not sure if this was my issue or if this will effect performance but it's plugged in now. I'm guessing there could be something else but need to wait till tomorrow. I also reseted the ECU.

Vacuum leak will cause all sorts of problems. Unmetered air entering intake. MAP sees more load then exits because vacuum is low. etc etc.
It should be it.
