how does the fq400's tranny hold up?

how does the fq400's tranny hold up?

did they do anything to beef it up? or did they just assemble it correctly?

I believe it is the same transmission as our 05-on MR editions.

If this is true then it's . It just goes to show how . For that the price, the tranny and TC should be top notch.

The TC IS top notch, the drivers are not. You need to understand that abuse breaks things. I have had high power DSM's and now a 350WHP Evo and I have NEVER had a TC problem, because I know how to launch it properly. You just BANG a TC it'll break, plain and simple. ALso monitor it and make sure the fluids are good and not draining.


The FQ400 also comes with a twin plate clutch, the tranny is FINE, the drivers I am unsure of.

totaly agree with u man, the tc and trans are very good, people that have problems withthem are the one that drive the crap out of them.
