You will gain power, especially in cooler temperatures.

O.T. Why are you only running 1.3 bar (18.86 psi)?

Maybe because he's got a Evolution 7 Gta. From what I've read the tranny in that car can only take so much.

A larger, more efficient intercooler would actually lower the boost and you'll need a boost controller to get the boost pressure back to where it was before the IC swap.

If you've got that GReddy IC laying around, pop it in your car and pick up a MBC. That's what I'd do.

Well So The Suggestion Is If I Change The Intercooler I Might Loose The Power And May Need A Boost Controler To Get Back The Power. Since I Have Gta Evo 7 Is It Possible I Can Increase The Boost And Go To Atleast 1.5 Bar ? Is It Safe For Tranny? Well What I Have In My Car So Far Is Below So Please Give Me The Best Advice What Should I Do And The Recomendations:

1:ralliart Catback
2: Standard Downpipe
3: Standard Induction
4: Tomei Ecu ( Can Tunned On The Car From Japan On 1.2-1.3 Bar )
5: Ralliart Plug Wires
6: Ngk Iridium Bpr7eix-11 Spark Plugs

Parts I Already Have And Going To Install:
1: Arc Induction ??
2: Greddy Vspec Intercooler Kit For Evo 7/8 ??
3: Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump ??
4: D/c Down Pipe With Cat Delete Pipe ( One Peice ) ??
5: Greddy Racing Titanium Exhuast System Complete ??

So Now Do You Think I Need The Boost Controler As Well If Yes How About Profec Type S New One Is It Good ? Need Urgent Help .

I doubt you make any power increase with a STOCK turbo. The stock Turbo flows 550CFMS and the stocker can handle more then that. WHAT YOU WILL get is an IC that will be better against heat soak so it'll prevent a loss of power but not really a Gain.

If you search, you will see that the only IC that actually adds power is the Buschur rAcing Unit, that's cuz it comes with a Lower IC pipe, which gives you the power

Get a lower IC pipe I guaratee it'll give you more power.

OH Yeah Gave me power, spoolup, and better topend, boost doesn't fall off as well

GET THAT, that's all you need with a STOCK turbo.

My Evo 8 runs a Tomei stage 2 ecu as well. Will handle up to 1.5 bar easily and am putting down 337 dynojet WHP on pump gas at that boost.

I have the V Spec intercooler kit as well as the Greddy exhaust with a cat delete pipe and custom downpipe. However, you will need the Walbro 255 l/hr pump.

Suggesting HKS 264's or 272's if using a stage 2 ecu.

I use to own a Mitsubishi Airtrek with the same GT-A tranny, had a Tomei Ecu in that as well and laid down 320 WHP at 1.5 bar on pump gas too. The tranny's pretty alright at that boost level. I ran close to 12,000 miles on it before selling it to purchase the Evo 8.

Yes, you will need a boost controller so that you can have some sort of boost control.

I would think the HKS EVC EZ or the Blitz DSBC ID will be a better choice.

Good luck!!

The lower IC pipe makes a difference, although it isn't really a static difference. A dyno measures only what happens at a static throttle position. The lower IC improves transient response, and the difference is most noticeable as quicker transitions when you put your foot back into it after lifting off the throttle - which improves street feel.

As far as larger ICs with mildly modified appsm, it's been demonstrated here on several occasions that there is little to be gained with a larger IC with most stock turbo setups.
