Hesitation at WOT now?

What could this be? 48k mile Evo IX. First time taking it to the dragstrip and only when it hits 3rd gear it bogs then kicks back in (see video). Happened both times I ran. When we left we did a hard pull and it wouldn't do it again?
Recently have had the car retuned on E85 and upped the boost on the stock turbo to 30psi.
