AEM EUGO- Why only 11:1?

I was seriously considering the AEM EUGO wideband however I noticed the rotary LED gauge only went to 11:1, so I thought the numerical read out may read richer than 11:1 so I called up AEM and they said no, it doesn't.

So why would you want a wideband that only reads to 11:1?

cool, well i had the uego before my tuner lite. i liked it alot, but dont being able to datalog really sucks. if your not looking to tune with the guage, get it. But there are tons more WB out there.

yeh, they're made for n/a cars.... i think from 11.1 ratio.

they do have the digital layout but it's really pointless (the sweeping led)

check out plx m300, their gauge starts from 10:1.

Gruppe-s plx m300 sale

they have a lot more option than AEM UEGO. These unit are compatible with AEM EMS or any other EMS. AEM even have these unit built in them for compatibility.

They also have gauges that looks sharper than AEM ones for far less money.

They really do have a great price for these units.

check it out.

I just liked the idea of mounting it in a gauge pod on my steering column, so I could very easily keep an eye on it.

The gauge itself.

The o2 sensor is good down to 9:1 I believe they said.

oh well, at least it will monitor the lean side....

as far as looks, AEM rocks!!! Bright leds w/ sweeping colors.

if you want the gauge.

They come white or Black face.

Damn, i feel like I should be selling these things. I'm like the evom, unpaid spokes person for these things.

another thing you'll notice that's smart on PLX part is that unlike this bastardized right hand designed AEM to fit left hand drive, the PLX has the rich side on the right, then it goes to the left for lean.

Which makes more since when you have these mounted on your left.

You would want to have the rich part close to you to monitor, i think.
