Is Fuel upgrade necessary?

I ordered a new pump because my stocker is starving for fuel at WOT. I will add the regulator for the flexability what PSI should I be running with cams, and full exaust?
With the vacuum hose off the standard is 42 to 45 psi.
Injector manifacturers typically use 43.5 psi when flowing the injectors for size and pattern, so right around there is best.
At 52 psi or so with a Walbro and no pump you have no real control over fuel flow at idle or light cruise and the car will run richer then normal.
