I believe WORKS sells one that is true 3" and even for less than the 2.75".

Nope, 02 sensors are in the 02 housing and the catback section. Nothing in the downpipe.

the dc sports downpipe looks like a sweet deal for 240 or so.downpipe with test pipe all in one.that's sweet.i never looked at it until now.i think i'm going with that for part of my new exhaust set up

I just installed a Buschur 3" turbo back on my car and while everything is close due to the large diameter, there was no need for modifications to clear the transfer case or tie bars. The entire exhaust really fit the stock hangers perfectly and I can still swap in a $150 High flow cat from Buschur at any time since the testpipe is flanged at the DP end and slip fit at the cat back end. Overall the Magnaflow muffler option is the perfect volume for a daily driver yet still opens up when at full throttle for performance.

Cost aside, the WORKS 3" ceramic coated DP is far superior to the rest.

We offer both:
70mm (2.75"): http://www.worksevo.com/store/produc...products_id=48
76mm (3.0"): http://www.worksevo.com/store/produc...products_id=93

Our 76mm DP is also flanged to accept the much larger donut gasket used with our upcoming O2 housing.

Your 76mm downpipe looks VERY VERY familiar with the TurboXS 3" downpipe..... Are they made by the same person? The TurboXS downpipe does not fit very well with some catbacks...
