Didn't he get somewhere around 390 whp on pump with a ported and clipped 16G? It's in his dyno thread somewhere. If he did, I'd expect he could get over 400 whp on pump with the 21g, but it'll take just about every supporting bolt-on available.

I just checked, he made 387 whp with the stock turbo on pump without alcohol. Seeing as he trapped 2mph faster with the 21G, it's probably pretty safe to say that 400 whp on pump is possible. It's just that i'll require a ported exhaust manifold, O2 housing, and I believe intake manifold. (That's what I recall him having done to the RS that made 387 whp).

I would say more likely yes than no. Your personal experience probably also shows you that 387 whp is not possible with a 16g on pump gas, but Buschur did it. So if the car that made 387 whp with the 16g traps 2mph faster with the 21g, then it's pretty likely the car is making over 400 whp on pump.

Lets not forget buschur's dyno was on a 2wd so therefore less transmission loss. But everyone is mistaken if they're to take dyno numbers seriously. Dyno numbers are just that, numbers. I've seen the 21g add only 7whp. But if you talk in terms of 1/4, that would be a better indication. As could the 21g rocket the evo into 11's on pump? Very possible. I tuned the 21g car here and he's already gone 12.3 at 114mph on pump with the stock 16g. Definately possible to go 11's in his car.
