You have a dyno chart of your 400whp by any chance? =]

To the orginal poster of this thread, 450 crank hp is achievable easily on stock turbo... Buschur Stage 4 + methanol and a good tune will get you there. If you use a 17% drivetrain loss, I'm making 469bhp / 506btq with this setup.
506 is nice but what does the "curve" look like? thats why I feel like a turbo upgrade would be more than happy for my car. A 3071 should spool relatively close to stock but allow you to have more area under the curve.

How do you guys feel about the ATP 3071R kit? Is it possible to gain 400+ WHP on pump gas (93)? I don't really wanna shell out $4K+ for an AMS kit if i don't have to!

all i have is megan racing turbo back, hallman boostcontroller at 21 psi. and a www.jestrtuning.com M1 flash. the flash alone gave me a big gain, big isnt the word HUGE. John knows what he is doing. this was on a hot day, 92 f to be exact and i was on 93 octane pump gas. 400whp is very easy to obtain without all of that extra money.

aps, you will need:

- Full 3" exhaust with test pipe
- HKS 272 cams or better
- adjustable cam gears
- bigger IC
- Engine management system (UTEC/AEM/XEDE will work fine)

- and above all: A GOOD TUNE

I'm guessing that 98 Octane in Turkey is a RON rated gas, which would roughly equate to 93 (RON+MON)/2 in the US. On a US 93 Octane tune with the above mods, you should be able to clear 400 crank hp. I was at a similar level (didn't have the test pipe or IC) and I ended up at approximately 380 crank hp. You may want to add a wideband O2 meter such as the Innovate LM-1 to make sure your tune is safe (I wouldn't go above 11.5 afr). Also, you should not need bigger injectors, but it won't hurt to get 660s or 680s if you plan on upgrading to a white rabbit turbo in the future.

If you don't want to shell out the $$ for AMS' kit, then get a White Rabbit. With full supporting mods (cams, exhaust, IC, injectors) you should get very close to 400whp, if not more. Wait a couple of weeks for the initial reports to come in. IMO the ATP kit is too laggy based on the various dyno charts I've seen of them.
