A differential has nothing to do with a turbocharger. It basically controls the distribution of power to the wheels. I don't understand what you're asking except whether it's better than Quaife's LSD, but after that first post I'm not sure if you know what you're asking either.

It Kinda does make the Front diff Stronger, Also It isnt a LSD its a Phatom Grip that turns the stock diff into a LSD. You woke launch harder but you will have even grip in the front resulting less wheelhop and a better 60 ft.

Its not as good as the quaife but its something to help while you save up unless you got cash like that!

Do those phantom grip LSD things wear out? It seems like the diff's spider gears would be constantly rubbing against it.

When a tc breaks is either the spider gears inside the diff from hard launches or clutch drops or the teeth in the ring and pinion can break from incorrect fluids

Wheel hop breaks the spider gears in the front diff. When you wheel hop, the grip-slip-grip action of the wheels sends shock loads down the cv shafts, which are attached to the spider gears. The little spider gears break into pieces at this point.

So if you ever wheel hop, let off the gas!

I normally do not trust these items, but they seem to work well this time. The weakness was the springs, and a lot of times they would not work, but this unit has strong springs and locks the front diff pretty well. TurboTrixx uses it in their drag car, hasn;t broken yet.

I'd get one, but I don't need one JUST yet, it would CERTAINLY help turn in.

BTW, that diff locker will not make the front diff's spider gears any stronger. That was the question in the first post. With the quaife available right now w/ a lifetime warranty, you should really go that route. It'll save you money in the long run for both parts and labor.

When you say help turn in you really mean hurt it right? The phantom grip style lsd basically locks the front tires together to a certain extent (bad for turn in).
