So I asked the shop if they bled the lifters, the owner told me he never herd of doing that.

isn't the TME supposed to spool quicker cause of the lighter wheel?

I have heard a lot of people don't bleed their lifters when they install cams, and they never had any tapping problems. If you do a proper break in with them, you shouldn't have this problem.
