GT35R Turbo?

hey guys was wondering what people are finding out is the best setup with the 35R meaning what turbine housing / compressor housing etc....

im looking for a good spool up with it in conjunction with a Nice number and top end...

i thought people said stay away from the GT35r at high elevation? im debating between that and the 3076r.

.70 A/R Compressor w/ 4" ported shroud and .63 A/R turbine housing.

just go with the ams gt35r kit, with the right set up youll be runnin 10's with the a/c and everything

For a street car i like the 3040(35R compressor) with a .82 a/r Best setup for a Street car !

well now thier is all different answers lol anyone know what the ams gt35R setup is?

I am pretty sure the standard AMS kit runs the 35r with .63 turbine..

I like the .82 for street and the 1.06 for the strip..

i like the 35r with 4 inch ported comp. housing (very important to get it ported ) and .63 backside...thats what i have and i hit the 25 psi that i make 489 awhp on 93 octane and alky/water injection by 4000-4050 rpm's with the tuning turbo kit (equal length manifold) from slickmotorsports and the tuning from switzer performance.

yeah thats what i have been thinking of doing ill probly go that way where can i get it ported to the 4"

wouldnt a 1.06 be a little big for an evo?

Yep. A .82 is too big unless you have a stroker.

.70 A/R comperssor housing is the only one you should get. 4" ported shroud would be an added bonus and is highly recommended. A .60 A/R compressor housing would probably surge like crazy.
