Anyone actually changed it and know how much the correct capacity should be??

My 03 used to take such..

2.8 transaxle,
0.58 rear diff
0.58 transfer

but... I just did it on my 05...

2.8 transaxle = same
0.6-0.7 rear diff (nearly the same)
0.3 transfer???

I keep tryin to put more fluid into the transfer case... but keep overflowing...
anyone know if the fluid capacity change from 03 to 05 (maybe due to ACD??)

Is everyone just using the free warranty service?

 

The manual states it to be 0.67 qt (2.3 qt 5-speed tranny, 2.9 qt 6-speed tranny, 0.58 qt rear diff, ACD as needed).
