Best power package??

I am going to buy EVO8 and want to buy some power package.. Vishnu has some 390hp package and it looks good. Does anyone knows if it really makes 390 hp and was is the torque?

Who makes the best package with tuned ecu? what do you recommend? I wish to get 390-450 hp....

You can just buy everything and have it all put on, or be unique and do it all yourself.

problem is that I come from Europe and its not so easy to find here someone to make good maps .. thats why I want power package with tuned ecu and maps.

ams looks nice but 550 hp ? 400 - 450 is enought..
how much hp can be done with stock turbo, stock internals.......... ?

biggest problem is no one can pretune your car for that kind of power....it's simply not a safe nor recommended route to go.

You could easily source the parts from the US, but the tuning really has to be done be someone knowledgeable, or someone willing to learn slowly and carefully

I have a package for you that is the best bang for the buck out there. To the wheels the car will gain very close to if not over 100 whp. You can check it out on our website. It includes nothing that dresses up the engine bay or anything else that doesn't directly relate to making large safe power. Package is right at $2,000.

Includes, boost gauge, cams, full 3" exhaust, air filter kit, re-programmed computer etc.

Please check it out before you waste your money on false claims.

There are a few hundred Stg 1+ users out there. Many of which I've personally tuned during dyno days (this past weekend in southern Calif, for instance.) Depending on the dyno/conditions, they'll make 320-340whp on AWD dynojets, on pump gas. On race gas, with the race gas map activated, they typically make 340-360whp. Be careful of claims that come from 2wd dynojets (or other brands) which read substantially higher due to the reduced driveline. Also be careful of hot air induction intakes which only work reasonably well when the hood is open (like on the dyno). Once the hood is closed, turbo inlet temps can charge up has high as 200 degrees (or more when the radiator fans go on).

Another option that has worked well is using the other parts (BR parts are fine if you want something more affordable) and using our engine control system. This past weekend, we converted over a custom tuned (by Dave B himself) BR stg 4 with meth to a SMART XEDE and picked up a dyno-proven 25-30whp in 110 deg conditions.

Feel free to call us if you have any questions....

Cheers,
shiv

I have a V390. Attached is my dyno. I don't know how much horsepower is on the crank. But it seems like this package has more top end.

I have the Vishnu Stage 1+ and absolutely love it! Makes TONS of power, very nice and resposive from bottom to top. You don't have to have the Xede for the Stage 1+ you can get the flash(as I did) and it works great. IMHO there isn't a better package out there.
