What proof do you have? And this had not involve alcohol injection either. Straight up c-16 and all boost.

Well, i have alcohol injection, so i know i don't need them.....but what proof do you need? I don't have any logs to show you anything...but ive been running stock injectors and lots of boost for quite a while with zero knock. Consistant 116mph traps with no knock on a race gas mix, not even strait c16(this was without the alky, i just installed that).

but, you have your way of thinking...i have mine. If you think they aren't enough, so be it....i think they are.

See, alcohol injection IS a fuel. You actually take out fuel when spraying alcohol so that doesn't count. That'll actually lower the duty cylcle as opposed to running straight boost with no other power adder. Again, race gas is an oxygenated fuel. IF you ran race gas, you'd know that the afr ran richer than it would have been running straight pump. Therefore you'd have to take out some fuel and run less duty cycle.

Oh..and c-16 won't be knock prone to regular 93 because of the lead inside the gas and the result of a higher octane, but that doesn't mean it's ok to run stock injectors because you weren't knocking.

well, its ok in my book.....

if im not knocking, im atleast getting enough fuel.....just because the injectors are at 95% duty cycle doesn't mean they won't get the job done....its just a safety precaution i guess.

i know alky brings down the duty cycle, thats why i said that i KNOW i didn't need injectors....but i don't think anyone else has to have them either....but thats just how i feel

and my idle is lopey but thats because i have my cam gears set at -3,-3 for the midrange punch.....with a -4,-1 setting...the idle will be stockish

Fair enough. I can't change the way people think. I can only give advice.
