Question Walbro Fuel Pump Question?

I bought a walbro 255 fuel pump w/o the install kit today and I was wondering if I need that install kit or not?

What comes in the Evo specific install kit for the Walbro fuel pump? I'm curious is all. I know it comes with a new filter sock and a new grommet and spacer . . . but what else?

On my 05 GSR, i swaped to a Walbro 255 Pump and you DON"T NEED the KIT, re-place everything from the stock pump.

Very straight forward, just take your time with the clip that holds the filter...

Jesus Clips, cause when they go flying you go "jesus" They sell them at our local ace so I never really worry about loosing them.

I know the install of the pump is simple enough as it seems more or less just like the 3G Eclipse and DSM's. In fact, it is the same pump for the 3G (w/ some modification), 2G, and Evo if I'm not mistaken. I was just curious as to what you get in the kit cuz I never bothered with an install kit before. Not asking if I need one or not . . . . just wondering what comes in an "install kit"?

The "install kit" normally comes with the wiring clip for the pump, the strainer, the base rubber grommet for the pump and the sheath to wrap up the pump, misc. o-ring....oh and the instructions.
