I have a 2003 with a 6.5 tme, manifold, 3" o2 back w/delete, 272/264 cams, pump, boost controller and fp reg. All custom tuned on the dyno. My question/problem is that I reach full boost at 4k rpms in 1,2 and 3rd gear and about 3.5k rpms in 4th and 5th. I know the tme is supose to spool like stock, but It dosen't feel like it is. I have checked everything i can and I don't know what would slow the spool down. Does anybody else have this problem or is this the normal for my setup? Please help, because this is really starting to bother me. On the dyno i got 347whp and 330 ftlbs. the 330 ftlbs hit at 4,300 rpms and the 347whp hit at 6,200 rpms. Thanks
some people say the tme spools quicker cause of the titanium internals but at the same time some people say that the spool is lost some due to the larger hotside.
i heard a lower ic pipe helps a bit with quicker spool up.
how does the power feel compared to the 03 turbo?
did you buy that tme turbo, 02, and mani from a member on this forum used?

Right now the spool up is like s%%t. the stock turbo felt so much better down low. If some one tells me how to post the dyno sheets I will show you the before and after and you can see the difference.I can email the sheets and you can post.
