Jarrod at Buschur Racing told me that porting/polishing the exhaust manifold and O2 housing yielded around 20 hp. I'm not really a fan of the aftermarket manifolds for the stock turbo, unless of course you get an upgraded turbo kit (like AMS or RnR).

how much is porting and all that other stuff for the stock manifold. plus what do you think for the people with a white rabbit or a tme turbo. they fit stock manifold. or should thos people upgrade to a tubular 1. lets try and get real proven facts here. venders with word for this please chime in.

Check out www.buschurracing.com. The P/P of the exhaust manifold and 02 housing is $225 each. According to some recent threads, the WR turbo has been kind of a disappointment for the $1,550 that you have to spend for it. Not sure if anyone has made really good power with it so far. Guess we'll find out......

IMO - dnp is the best out right now. If possible brace it though just to be safe. RNR is supposedly coming out with one for stock turbo as well.

To answer your question tubed will make more power, stock header is less likely to break. Typical result w/ tubed is an improvement in midrange torque.

20whp is a lot. I personally doubt it.

I may want to take this back. I looked at a SS Autochrome one today and a dnp and I visually can't tell the difference. Difference in price is substantial. Wish the piping was thicker on both.

I would be interested to see what you get. Please update if you find a dyno.
