Question problem after clutch install

Ok, I have no clue whats going on, I can't figure it out, so I'm gonna ask for some help.
I just got a new clutch, and the whole time ive had it, about 225 miles, if i try and accelerate like getting on the freeway or even just sometimes normally, when i hit about 3500 or 4000 rpms, it will backfire. I dont understand whats going on. If this helps ill list my mods. I have a Buschur tbe with high flow cat, turbosmart, bov and mbc, I have buschur intake and maf pipe, thats all i currently have and before getting the new clutch ive had no problems, The clutch i got is an ACT organic. I hope its not the clutch. Thanks in advance for trying to help.

A clutch *might* cause a car to backfire if it is slipping, but I highly doubt it. Look for another problem that may be due to incorrect re-installation of the surrounding parts during the procedure (hoses, etc.)

Hey, you're the guy that got his clutch installed by SGP.. Great shop, i got my clutch installed there too. It's not the clutch, you're hitting fuel cut. Introduce yourself on evospeed.net. It's the local's evo group.

No idea, but you have nothing to tune with. A simple safc will do the trick.

or just turn the boost down until you can get it flashed to remove the boost cut

You're not tuned and you backfire? and you think it's your clutch?

I dont think clutch has anything to do with this.

but backfire around 4000rpm with the accelerator off?

usually boost cut happens up high in the RPM rather then at around 4000?

i think you just need a tuning. I think you're just rich...

but i guess it could be the boost cut... but at 4000 rpm? I guess i'm missing something here, huh?
