When It opens at about 3000 rpm, then its quite..
BUT when I pulls it up to 7000 rpm and blow the boost beyond 2,2bar!
Heheh, then its like WROOOOOOOOOOOm...............

Its sounds like my engine gonna come through the bonnet!
Its why I call it a wastegate screamer

 

I think my stock wastegate is not working right. How do I check it?

 

I ahve never seen the wastegate on a stock Evo turbo ever go bad FWIW

I cant seem to boost past 15 PSI. It seems to take a long time to build up boost. I did a leak/pressure test. I found a few leaks and fixed them. I still have the same problem. I checked my boost guage line and found a small leak. In the process of fixing that. Whats next take apart the MBC and clean it?

I HATE BOOST PROBLEMS

 

Internal wastegate is not bad, but the external is hella more fun and more efficient my boost holds rock steady til redline.
