Unhappy RPM drops every 3 seconds... what could be wrong?

someone please help me!!!
I've got a situation... when i was driving and stop at a red light, i felt like the car was gonna stall... i think the normal RPM at a stop is about 900 to 1000... my car is like... drops to about 1000, after 1 sec, drop to 3-400, climbs back up to 1000, then drops to 400, climbs back up to 1000, drops again... every 3-4 secs... and i think its getting worse because it became more frequent... i just noticed this problem about 2 weeks ago... what could be wrong......??? help help help! Thanks!

my mods:
ARC induction box, greddy type rs recirculating, LS downpipe, stock cat, HKS carbon ti catback, walbro 255, dynoflashed...

i wonder if theres anything to do with my BOV... i just got it installed about a month ago... but its already recirculating... the RPM dropping never happened when i had the stock valve...

when i had this problem it was a combination of my intake and bov. try changing your bov back to the stocker and see what happens.

LOL you would crap your pants if you drove my car. It does that all the time and stalls every 5 stops or so. I know its from my bov/flywheel/cams, but I don't really mind. I know how to drive around it and I am getting aem soon anyway.

It sounds like what the gentleman said above about the intake / BOV. Its a problem with the Air circulation before and after the MAS. OR it could be the IAC motor going haywire. I have seen it happen on a few EVO's
