99+% MeOH plus a tiny bit of residual H2O that results from hygroscopic absorption.

Actually, you'd want to know the proportions on a w/w basis, since the most convenient route to solving the problem is to calculate the gasoline requirement based upon mass. Using this route to make an estimation, at peak hp, my rate of MeOH to gasoline is ~ 1/2.3 w/w, or ~42% MeOH w/w.

since all injection nozzles are rated at volume/tiime, ever figured out the v/v% alcohol/gas ratio? Seems like a real big alcohol resevoir is needed.

hey moto17, density of gas and MeOH/EtOH are both ~0.8g/cc, " my rate of MeOH to gasoline is ~ 1/2.3 w/w", 1 part volume alcohol to ~2 parts volume gas, ~33v% alcohol/~66v% gas.

Update...except that now I have a 3 foot tumor coming out of my side from the carcinogens in the fumes.
