I mean this in the very best way but you are wrong.

The part underneath the airbox that has the two ports on it as well as the electrical connector is in fact the ECU controlled boost control solenoid. It is essentially an electronic boost controller that is connected directly to the ECU.

The actuator is the goldish colored stamped aluminum piece with the bracket and rod that sits right behind the center of the radiator and connects to the turbo.
