3" Downpipes that reuse stock donut gasket...AND FIT '05
Looking for a downpipe that fits '05 and reuses the stock donut gasket/bolts, etc.
It's been difficult to determine which ones actually fit '05's...to many varying opinions.
I will be bolting up to 3" high-flow cat.
Thanks.

I'm also in the market for something like this but everyone (vendors) just say "I've sold a bunch with no complaints". Really I would like a true answer on this as well.

No problem with a 3" Ivida DP. Had to space out the underbody strut braces though. Later on bought a RMR 5 point underbody brace

If an Invidia works on an 05 model. I have one for sale. Check my signature for the price. I also made custom aluminum lower tie bars so you dont have to use spacers. I am giving these away free with the downpipe.

Our downpipe fits the '05 perfectly and uses the stock donut, springs, and bolts. We spend extra money having a custom flange made to fit exactly like the stock one does. Why change a very good design that has lots of time and money into R&D with something someone whipped up in their shop in a day? I've seen some really hokey Evo downpipes in the past year.

Good stuff! I'll need one for my 05 at some point too. So far there's AMS, Tanabe, TXS confirmed... Anyone else? I'd like to eliminate those with flex sections too if possible.
Does the AMS bolt onto the stock cat, btw? TXS?

Basicly what I am trying to say is that if you resuse the stock donut you would not unleash all the flow that a 3" downpipe could produce due to the restriction you are imposing on the stock donut diameter, You know what I mean?
