Plus my friend PJ told me that his 5th gear would not engage no more.. all this in less than 24 hours..

Dude you need to quit while you are ahead. Its obvious your understanding of trannies is a little skewed. I thought we had answered your questions as to why the 5 speed is stronger than the 6 in this thread:

Even Mitsu came out and said the 5 speed can handle more torque and you still need more proof? There is a difference in gears and synchros when you are talking about the strength of a tranny. The TC failures have been happening on some 03s and earlier 04s because of incorrectly shimmed part ...

Okay guys the bottom line is that you are not going to notice which one is stronger untill your throwing 600 hp at it. i've heard of MANY people breaking there 5 speeds and then complain about how week the Evo trannies are. I drove the hell out of my '03 for 33k miles and it had plenty of mods, never once did i break a Tranny or TC. My MR has 8500 miles with now problems, im currently running a Utec with a TBE, cat delete, Walbro, HKS intake, HKS BOV, Turbo XS IC, EBC, ect. i've AutoX'ed my car 4 times this season. So what is it you want? a full time drag car? or a Daily Driver? b/c i'm telling you all that unless you have no idea how to drive, your not going to break the 6 speed
