Hi guys, do your catless exhausts gives out smoke???
Mine wasn't smokin previously, but today, something went wrong....
my car suddenly give out smoke considerably...
when I slowed down from cruising speed, my car just give out smoke so much that I noticed it on the rear view mirror! a cloud of white smoke! That is alot of smoke!!
Then when I arrived home, I got out of the car and Smelt something different about the exhaust fumes.. and even at idle, it is giving out white smoke...
When i slow down from about 40mph to a stop, it would give out a cloud of somke behind.... Please help me anyone.......
Mine was not giving any smoke prior to today!
I am freakin scared that THe police will catch me with that amt of smoke....

Blown headgasket. Check your coolant level. It should be noticably lower. How much boost are you running?

 

Since you live in kalifornia i would slide on a high flow car or something until you can get the issue resolved. White smoke is not a good sign. Good luck

 

^ what he said, white smoke= blown headgasket or blown motor; my catless system blows out a little black smoke, but that is just from running a little rich

 

white smoke could also mean you blew the turbo......

what is the car runnig like. Does it run normal or have boost it sounds like you have a big problem you better not drive it till you check the coolant level.

i run 21psi on GT30R turbo...
where is the coolant??? is it the one on the left behind the pass. side headlight?
oh man this sucks....

 

the car seems to run ok... nothing wrong.. but dont know, when i saw the smoke, i never got on boost.... oh man, what else can i check other the coolant leveL??

Hey bro - open your radiator and peak inside ... LOW? (thats coolant) ... what your talking about behind the passenger headlight is the coolant overflow I believe ...

hey guys, just checked the coolant level and yeah its empty.. what does that imply?
what can I do now?? Can I drive the car?? I'm gonna bring it maybe to RRE to have it checked if I can drive it.. or should i get a tow truck?
