Sounds broken. Time for a new one.

Seriously, maybe check your electrical system is grounding correctly. I had a car once that the ground came loose and it would just die, and even the mechanic was dumbfounded by it. Eventually I detected the issue more or less by accident, and fixed it.

We need a little more info, If you go to start it what happens. Does it try to kick over? Do you hear your starter start? Try jumpin' it? Try disconteting your battery for about 10 min, connect it again, turn the key and let it sit then try and start it.

Disconnect the battery, leave it for 10-15 minutes and then reconnect it. See if that works.

Quick check on your MAF connector. Could have fallen off.

What mods are on your car? How long have they been on? What's the last part that you installed? Does the car have spark? How do you know it's getting enough fuel? I need more info to help diagnose.

Did the Utec take a sh*t? Maybe fried coil packs? Try putting in the factory ECU and see if it gets spark if nothing else maybe it will give you some trouble codes to look up.

check the ECU fuse...sometimes the after-cat O2 sensor can short to the body of the car and blow the ECU fuse which would cause the symptoms you describe (engine turns over but no spark) if it is the ECU fuse, fix the wires on the O2 sensor

Sorry, I saw Uego and read Utec my bad. Why not find someone with a code reader and see what codes are logged then? You may be able to rent one at your local autoparts store. That will defiantely get you heading in the right direction. Remember OBD is your friend.
