No customer service at Hallman?

I have been having a problem with my Hallman Pro. It just started acting funny, no changes done to the car. Everything hooked up correctly still. Its been boosting erraticly. Its also getting real hard to turn. If the car sits for a week it will boost to 20 then drop to 15 and then go up past 22 ?? wtf, so i swapped the same unit from my 1G, now it works fine again. So i got a bum unit, but no one is listening on the hallman website.I got it from Dynoflash, maybe he could help. You would think with all the business this site gives Hallman he could at least answer an email. So i will vent here and see if im the only one having a problem with the Hallman MBC.

Dude, it's a spring a ball and a screw. Take it apart and inspect it.

Dude did you read correctly.....The boost is EVERYWHERE. I switched it out with another Hallman Pro and that one works fine.Understand what im saying. its one faulty unit out of the 10 Hallman MBC's ive had. They're great and i will continue to buy them, but if it craps out i shouldnt have to hang it from my Christmas tree as an ornament. Al has great customer service and he will take care of it.

You mean I have to keep it lubed? Screw that, I'm looking for another MBC. Maybe the Forge. I had a hallman on my eclipse and I didn't have to do that. I just want a set and forget MBC. I don't want to have to open it up and lube it. I have a hallman but haven't put it in yet.
