spark plug change messed up!

Just got a set of BPR7EIX's. Checked the gap... 0.032.

Now what? Everyone says not to touch the Iridiums. Run them at .032?

Welp you better have $330 laying around because you cracked you valve cover.. They are magnesium so almost no-one can repair them.

No reason to touch those bolts for a plug install. Have the cams been changed?
