what the hell is this noise? got sound clip

I started getting this creaky rattling noise recently everyday on the way to work. I dont know if it has anything to do with the weather getting colder or what but the noise is the loudest in the morning when I back out the garage. During the day it seems to go away most of the time. Work is only 10 minutes away so by the time I park the car at work the noise isnt as bad. If I drive the car for more than 30 minutes the creaky noise goes away....very weird. Seems like when the engine gets warmed up for some time the noise goes away. BTW this only happens when the idle dips below roughly 800-900rpm or when I put it in 1st and slowly release the clutch without giving it gas....you know when your about to stall and the engine starts to shake, thats when you hear it big time. At very slow cruising speeds at around 5mph if the roads are bumpy you can also hear it. I dont know if its the engine mounts, clutch, down pipe or even coilovers? Sometimes when I turn off the engine it makes that noise also. Dont forget to turn up the volume.

Sounds like something could be up with your clutch. You really hear it when you let the clutch out. How old is your clutch?

My car does that too. Not as loud and not as frequently though. I think my problem is the cold weather and upgraded cams. Bump for more feedback.

It really sounds like some part of your exhaust is rattling.

I had that same noise one day as well. tried to replicate the noise but it doesn't do it as much as that one day. I figured it was the DP hitting the cross member. Maybe this weekend I can get under the car and check for any marks...
