Chatter sound after new clutch/flywheel install

Ok about 350 miles ago I got my ACT HDSS clutch and Prostreet flywheel installed.

Since the first day of the install I have been able to hear a noise from the area where the clutch/flywheel is located when travelling at slow speeds. At idle or higher speeds you cannot hear the noise. It is like a spinning metal sound I dont really know how to explain it but it sounds like the flywheel.

To my knowledge it is just the flywheel which is noisy and this is normal but I am not completely sure.

Please let me know so I can stop worrying.

the clutch and flywheel will ALWAYS travel at engine speeds. If the sound doesn't occur at a specific engine rpm, it isn't the clutch or flywheel. So if it were the clutch or flywheel, it should make the same noise and frequency as it does at slow speeds, even if you were simply duplicating that engine rpm just revving in your driveway.

Does the sound dissapear, or just get masked by other noises at idle and higher speeds?

Also, does it make a difference if the clutch is in or out? If so, it's probably the throw out bearing. Did the shop change that as well?

i have read that the sound is normal

and that the chatter diminishes, but does not go away, even after the break in period
