Destroked 2.4 block to 2.1 liter. Who has one?
I know I am bringing this back from the dead, but some people just don't seem to realize the benefits of a HIGH RPM capable motor (especially in Autocross!). Basically, if you autocross in an Evo, you will be spending 90% of your time in 2nd gear. There will be many situations where you could almost shift up to third, except the corner comes up so fast that you will only spend .5 seconds in 3rd so it won't be beneficial to upshift so instead you just bounce off the rev limiter in 2nd or stay at the redline. If you had a high reving motor, you could keep accelerating in 2nd, and get a better overall lap time. The destroked 4G64 block is the ultimate Evo AutoX secret weapon.
....Its just an expensive and time consuming process (at least for me it has been)
