EVO Long rod 2.0, nothing but RESULTS!!

After a little while of crunching numbers and tossing around options, we have a great alternative to the infamous 2.1 liter. If you want fast revs like a 2 stroke dirtbike, high rev capabilities like a rotary, and ease of installation as if it was just a 2.0...then this my friends is your ticket to ride.

Basically we use a 156mm long I beam rod, and a 2.3 stroker piston. The combination of the long rod and short piston make for GREAT high revving and fast revving capabilities. It is also very reliable and outstanding for longevity in high RPM/Horsepower cars.

Take a look at this dyno graph. It was on my customer John Forsthoffer (formerly of Speed Corps) EVO 8. It was at 26psi on PUMP gas with an HTA3582 and ECU flash tuning. Check out the TQ and HP curves....to say the least, we were very happy with the results.

-Manley 156mm Long I beam rods
-Manley STD bore stroker pistons
-ACL Race bearings

We can build you this monster of your own for $4,640.00 Shipped. This is with a BRAND NEW block and crank from Mitsu so no core is due. If you want to send in your core afterwards we will give you up to $600 back for a good block/crank. If you have any questions feel free to PM me or email me at jws@slowboyracing.com

It does utilize a stock crank. We can do it as a drop in, too!
