Given the results of the $80 ebay 02 housing, im very interested to see what the 3" Works piece has to offer. If only it wasnt ~$450.

Dave, thank you very much for taking the time to do this testing for the community. +1 to Buschur Racing.

Thanks David , are we going to see a "stock unported" mani vs. all of what you tested already , maybe next week ?

I really would like to see this compared to the stock unported/coated manifold. Either way it looks like the Buschur route is most cost effective.

Dave, I tried calling a couple times, but missed you. If you get a chance give us a call at 619-579-2304. Thanks for doing the test again. Any chance we can do a stock mani vs. RnR mani anytime with our aftermarket 02 housing installed. I know the last thing in the world you want to do is anymore testing. Thanks again, Ryan

Ive said this in at least 10-15 other threads but thank you David Buschur. The work you do here really is appreciated here by all of the members, well except for the few haters . Thanks for doing the test on the Ebay o2 housing, I to am real surprised that it did that good over the already ported one (I got mine for 65 on Ebay )

Cant wait to get back form this deployment so I can order your manifold!! Thanks again David .

God damn those are some interesting results. I wish the DC manifold could have been tested too. Its a mere $350 and the quality is great and the butt dyno is good as well. I have the Buschur 10.5 ported/coated going in ALONG with an Ebay 02 (also coated) this week, now Im really excited!!!!!

Dang, Finally there is a better mani than ported stock mani. Is Full Race lighter than stock heavy cast mani? If that is I am going to save money for that mani. Dang, I guess stock O2 housing is the bottle neck.

Here's a question I think might be interesting:

How much does the coating affect horsepower, and will a thermal coated full race header dyno higher? Just a thought or two.

ah whatever thanks for the info
If you had taken the time to read everything, you would have found that Dave adjusted the A/F ratios to be the same for each manifold after doing a pull without any tuning changes.

this is good news as I've been sitting on a Megan Racing o2 housing for a while because I'm waiting to install a ported/coated manifold & hotside at the same time...
