Oil leak easy question

If the car is under warenty get it fixed, other wise for him to sit and look at it wouldn't be an example of how much it would leak if you were under boost becuase things get pressurized. I would start keeping track of the oil loss daily until you figure out just how bad it is in light and hard driving. If it isn't bad I wouldn't worry but if it is I would get it replaced.

I'm not sure.. I was assuming old age but you have a 2005 hmm

Maybe this could be another excuse for motor mounts.. Either way ^^ just like above.. keep an eye on your fluid levels and get it fixed before it does become a problem.

the rear main seal should be covered up by the flywheel. How did they stare at it for a couple minutes???? I don't see how they could even see it. Especially for $41. What am I missing?

here is the mechanics description i just called....the bottom pulley if you take the bolt out removing the timing cover there is a seal behind the bolt. Thats leaking a very small bit not bad at all... i dont know if i got that backwards but those are the words he used...he said i could come by tomorrow he would put it on a lift and show me
