Yes, I wish I had 17X9s, but my race rims are just plain ole 17X8 Rota Torques. I've read that the 255s will fit on that size, but I realize that 9 width would be better. I'll switch to a better wheel if I am able to garner a sponsorship for wheels/tires, but otherwise I'll just stick with what I have (at least for the next season).

heh, no shame man, i went with the cheapie 5zigen's. I think they're plenty strong, and will work fine, but i'm not gonna pimp anybody outta my way on the track

honestly, it took me longer to get the undertray off than it took to get the stock motor mount out. As everyone has said, a screwdriver and hammer will do the trick. The stock motor mount is a lot of rubber, and very little outer ring metal. It bends easily, and is a snap to get out. You don't need a press to do this. I would recommend checking the stock "housing" for damage, or whatever you would call the circular anchor that the motor mount slides into. I knicked mine pretty good with the screwdriver, but nothing a file and sandpaper didn't take care of in short order. I didn't want the new polyurethane motor mount to come into contact with any sharp edges.
