Intercooler water spray hose loose

I have just noticed that my intercooler water spray hose is loose. It must have been loose ever since the idiot dealer who replaced my headlight forgot to hook it back up. It is disconnected and sprays water into the engine compartment if not turned off (to manual mode). Problem is, I have the service manual on disc and there are no diagrams of where this hose should be connected to. I got underneath the car and followed 2 hoses up to the bottom of the intercooler spray tank. But the one that is disconnected is a short hose with a blue vaccum type connector on the end. I really don't want to tear off the entire front clip of the car. Anyone have any info of how to re-connect and where? Thanks in advance.

Gumpy.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, it is not very specific as to where the blue connetor plugs into the tank. Anyone know where it plugs into the tank? Do you have to remove the tank, etc.
