I need a $1,500 or < "bolt on turbo"... not used
I'd appreciate any suggestions... dyno proven would be best... I've got a short list, but want to see what the EvoM consensus is. Thanks in advance. I'll be buying the turbo in a day or two...
Oh, relevant modifications...
2.5" turboback w/ hfc
mbc
264/272
ssa manifold
dynoflash road tune

yaah your bolt on list is going to be very limited from the 6.5 tme turbo which will be about 900 dollars and give minimal hp gains but will spool faster, the 05 10.5 hotside upgrade where you can get those turbos for 3-400 dollars or you can just buy the hotside and add that to your turbo for even cheaper, evo 20g IV will be a tad over 1500 with install kit then you need injectors +300-400, but then you need more mods to get real performance out of this
with all of these you will only get gains with a tune, so add that to the price

I know you're not looking for a used turbo, but I have a 6.5 tme with very, very low miles if interested. It's a direct bolt in. I want to get into a 20g-9, and the light weight internals of a tme aren't recommended, so it'll just be sitting on the shelf in another month anyway. PM me if interested.

love my white rabbit from Forced Performance. 10.5 housing, lightweight TME internals with the Forced Performance compressor wheel. spools verrry quick and holds boost all the way to redline without tapering. especially if you plan on boosting past 24psi.

You talk alot about quick spool , so the TME is for you
Did you ever see how much Buschur was asking for the TME with 200 miles on it (with out the H.S.)
