Cylinders 2-3 won't fire

I had a 2g DSM Igniter (7pin) with a MSD DIS2 ignition and MSD coils on my car. I changed the plugs on my car and somehow the Igniter died on me. I tried a 1g Igniter (5pin) and I could not get that to work. I finally gave up put back the stock coils back on.

For some reason the 2-3 cylinders will not fire. I have swapped coils, connecters etc.. and I still can't get them to fire. I checked the trigger coming from the ECU and its not sending a signal. I think while getting the 1g DSM Igniter to work I fried the trigger for the 2-3 cylinders. Anyone know if this can be fixed? I have taken the ECU apart and I have not noticed any burnt parts. Could there be something else that could have died on me?
