It fits the MR, RS and GSR models equally well

I Did on my 03 and it made a huge difference. I"m going to do it on my 06 aswell. Just be warned that now your clutch isn't going to slip unless you make it, so hard launching could eventually cause a problem.
I also had a SS clutch line and removed the restrictor on my VIII and will be doing the same on the IX.
Removing the restrictor and changing the clutch line helps alot. On my VIII I also had to adjust the pedal after doing the clutch line and removing the restrictor, but the engangement was perfect and consistant.
Oh yeah, like others said, the IX is the same as the VIII when it comes to clutch system.

well its easier, because your clutch doesn't slip anymore, unless you make it slip. It always engages in the same spot on the pedal. But there's more drive line shock because of the clutch grabbing right away, so it all just depends on how u launch really.
Don't want to hijack any threads here, but......
I custom make these SS braided hoses at my day job. I can do most sizes and pressures. We specialize in hi-pressure military applications, so these clutch hoses are cake!
Just pm me with details and I'll hook you up.
