Take it to a good shop and have them make a new one for you or cut that one and make changes to it. As JJ said it fits one way or none. Its spouse to fit like stock because its bolt on. I would call RNR too

Let us know how it turns out Jeff, I don't see why if you buy something like that, you would have to do more fabrication to it to make it work! Should be a buy it, and bolt it on deal. Like to see your numbers when you get it working!

Same problem here too. I had to bend it to make it work and then I wrapped it with heat wrap to keep the rattles down. Sucks. Mine didnt even clear the exhaust housing on the turbo. I had to hammer it in to clear the turbo itself.

Still haven't done anything because I've been out of town this weekend. I would really like to hear from RNR on this.

And that is BS that i should have to bend/cut/hammer anything in a 4k dollar kit....and im sure Ms. Visa will feel the same way when i dispute it.

Typical RnR. While your talking to Ms. Visa, go ahead and get me $350 that they owe me for the DP that wouldn't fit there own turbo kit.

This is a statement by RnR in the bulk buy thread for this kit...not saying it helps much but they do guarantee fitment although I realize it a pain in the **** to show it doesnt fit and have it fixed. My kit better fit PERFECT, if Ryan isnt going to pay to have it fit Ill return it right now.

I have their regular mani kit that never came with the licp. But yeah same problem. Also if you notice they cut corners by welding mild steel flanges to stainless tubing. Basically the dump i got with the kit there was no way to get it to not dump onto the licp. Had to have a brand new one fabbed up. Looks alot better too. Also the dump that came with the kit was rubbing into the bottom of the radiator. Right where the plastic part is. Man, if that dump would of gotten hot enough, what a mess that would be. You can see a indentation of the aluminum lip on the rad. as to where the dump use to be.

if your lower tie bars won't fit use spacers, some even have to do that with certain downpipes on the stock turbo.

EVO06-rs said that he heated the o2 dump with a blow torch red hot about 3" from the wastegate outlet and bent the pipe to his liking where it fit.

I 'heated' the wastegate dump tube, not O2, then bent the wastegate dump-tube piping when it was 'red-hot' this remedied my situation...
